MY STORY

I've been where you are.

There was a time when running was everything for me, it was my outlet, my identity, and my way to compete. But over time, the harder I trained, the worse I felt.

I started waking up sore, tired, and frustrated. My back and calves were constantly tight. I was chasing fitness, but losing balance, between training, recovery, and life.

And here’s the truth I learned the hard way: It wasn’t that I was training too little, I was training the wrong way.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I could see what was happening on a deeper level. My ribcage and pelvis weren’t aligned, my breathing was off, and my body was compensating in all the wrong places.

The Plan

The more miles I logged, the further I drifted from true performance.

That’s when I started rebuilding everything, from the inside out.

I stopped chasing mileage and started focusing on the foundations:

And when I finally aligned all of it, something clicked.

I came back stronger. Faster. More resilient.
